Mon, July 18, 2016 - Fri, July 22, 2016 Summer Art Camp at the SCGA Morning Classes: 9:00am - 12:00pm: Print It! Stamp It! Stomp It! (Ages 4-7) Our youngest artists will have an exciting time becoming printmakers. Students will engage in group activities designed to promote teamwork and creative thinking through the creation of a collaborative class project, will make their own stamps and printing plates, use an etching press and have a stomping good time with Miss Marjorie! Storytellers (Ages 4-7) Storytelling helps students improve their language skills, instills a love of reading and stirs imaginations. In this first-time class, talented professor of visual art Jennifer Pepper will guide students through painting, drawing and mixed media activities based on a variety of classic and contemporary children’s stories. Sculpt This! (Ages 8-12) Students will explore sculpture by examining the distinct ways artists have explored 3D forms throughout history. MCC Kid Camp - Alliance, OH
Kids ages 7 to 11 (by 9/1/15) are invited to participate in 1, 2, or 3 activities for 3 days in July. They can sign up for Basketball from 9:30-11:30, Soccer from 12:30-2:30, Art from 3:00-5:00, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these activities. Costs are as follows: $10 per kid for 1 activity, $20 per kid for 2 activities, or $25 for ALL 3, which will include lunch and a snack each day. In the event that your household has more than 2 kids participating, cost is a MAX of $25 per family for 1 Activity, $50 MAX for 2 activities, and $60 MAX for ALL 3 Activities. East Stroudsburg University Football and First and Goal Sports Youth F
This will be a fundamental camp with position specific drills as well. Athletes will have an opportunity to learn one position or multiple positions. We will teach basic tackling, blocking and ball handling techniques at the start of the clinic. Remember college and pro atheltes practice fundamentals every day! We will also teach some basic speed and agility drills. All form tackling will be done on practice dummies. There is no live tackling of other players and no equipment is needed. Our staff will consist of college coaches and current or former college players. Do not be fooled the staff is the best in the youth coaching business! The coaches will be teaching the most up to date football techniques out there. Do not wai,t sign up by February 1st and save $25!!!!

Farm Fun - Farm Store
Farm Fun camp is a unique opportunity for campers to work with the livestock, gardens, and natural areas at Greenacres while exploring the science happening on the farm. The camp will also include plenty of games, exploration, and farm fresh treats. Past camp activities have included assisting with weighing cattle, testing soil, planting cover crops, making pickles, spending time with the sheep, and Brix testing vegetables. This camp is best suited to campers with an interest in exploring the science behind farming and gardening, who get excited about real farm work! Please wear sturdy close-toed shoes or boots. Girls Volleyball Day Camps Session #2 - Hollinger Fieldhouse
The Day Volleyball Camps offer instruction at the beginner and advanced levels. Beginners will focus on knowledge of the game, competitive fun, and fundamental ball control. Advanced campers will cover the proper technique for basic skills, offensive playsets, defensive formations, strategy, teamwork and attitude, and setting personal and team goals. Campers will be placed on teams, depending on skill level, with specialized coaching on each level. Each camper should bring comfortable volleyball or cross train-ing sneakers, extra shirt and socks, and a container of water. WCU and its camp staff are not responsible for lost or missing items.
