2017 Teen Weekend - De Leon Springs, FL
Teen weekend is for youngsters age 12-17, and campers have the option to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups, as well as a learning experience for campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to “teen issues,” “school issues,” and “How-to-be-a-friend” are led by pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dieticians and mental health professionals. We understand that networking and the support of a teen’s peers is critical at this age, so we provide fun and interactive activities such as a beach party, luaus, casino night, and a lot of land sports.

Held at NOAAs facility at Seattles Sand Point, these five-day summer camp sessions offer opportunities for prospective sixth, seventh and eighth graders to explore marine sciences and have fun at the same time. Participants are introduced to earth and ocean sciences and to science careers through hands-on activities emphasizing solutions to real-world problems. 206-543-2822

Summer Sing 2.0 - Valley Springs Presbyterian Church
July 13 – 17 Summer Sing 2.0 For boys and girls entering grades 5 – 8 An all-day experience, 8:30am – 4:30pm that is filled with music, singing, and electives. Improve your singing voice with group lessons and one on one coaching from the Artistic Director. Electives like guitar, recorder, musical crafts, choreography, and drama will be offered as well as our Afternoon Specials. Theme for the week, Musicals with Class. Have you ever wanted to build a huge, imaginary city with parks, buildings, roads, schools, and anything else your heart desires? Students will work with a professional architect as they plan and build a 3-D city. Each student will create parts of the 5-Mile City.
