Caring environment with fully updated facility. Diverse athletics, aquatics, art and adventure activities. Incorporates Jewish culture and values. Camp Poyntelle Lewis Village has been enriching the lives of campers as a premiere Jewish resident camp for over 60 years. We are very proud of all of our amazing traditions, beautiful facility, dedicated staff, core values and incredible culture. - Wide variety of athletic, waterfront and arts programs for campers in 2nd-11th grades. - Unique Program: Separate camps. Poyntelle for 2nd-7th grade campers, providing age-appropriate activities and programs. Lewis Village for 8th-11th grade campers, where activities and programs are more challenging and appropriate for teenagers. - CPLV also comes together as one whole camp during special times like Shabbat. - We do our very best to continue our relationship with our campers long after they leave the gates of their summer home.

This 68 year old camp is designed for children from 2nd grade to 11th grade. The camp has a strong Jewish heritage which influences the activities they offer. My 12 year old son enjoys the friendly staff and the fun activities. He has grown in confidence while discovering who he is in relation to the community at large. He enjoys participating in sports, water activities, music and exploring the great outdoors. We are grateful for a safe environment where he can explore who he is and what direction he is going in the future.
