Cardio Drumming is sure to get your heart going. A mixture of both cardio exercise and drumming. Drum sticks are required. They can be purchased from the instructor for $10 or borrowed from the instructor. Exercise balls and buckets required at cost to particpant. Please arrive with ball blown up.
