Soccer stars learn to enhance technical skills, build new skills, and learn basic tactics including attacking and defending. Over the week, players will be self assessed using standardized National Soccer Tests focusing on the technical aspects of the game, along with the UK Quiz, and World Cup Competition. Each child receives a t-shirt and certificate at the end of the week! Instructed by UK Socca -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JJIS Soccer Field. Please bring adequate water for each participant, apply sunscreen/sunblock daily. Please wear appropriate clothing. Cleats are fine for outside, however please also bring sneakers for indoor use (gymnasium) as well. Rain location is JJIS Gym. Statewide Senior High Camp - Sibley State Park
Thank you for your interest in Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) Leadership Camps. The registration cost for this senior high camp is $95 per participant. An annual MFU Family Membership is also required at $75 per year. (Children attending camp for the first time will not be required to have an MFU Family Membership.) A $10 discount will be given next year to any returning camper who brings a friend to camp who never participated in the camp program. Mandarin Language Summer School This program is interactive, immersive, and culturally rich for children learning Mandarin. A credentialed, experienced Immersion Teacher and a native speaker child care staff member teach each class. Enrollment is limited to approximately 20 students per class. After Mandarin Immersion Summer School Camp Footsteps Mandarin Immersion Summer Camp is an opportunity for extended Mandarin immersion. While having a fantastic time, your child will begin to acquire the ability to use Mandarin correctly and confidently in various daily tasks and social situations. Our dynamic, experienced staff is either native speaking or fluent. Campers spend each day moving from one activity to the next, designed to provide an immersion experience while still allowing for a ton of fun. Your child will love exploring the language and traditions of China, using Chinese words, learning about the four great inventions of China, creating traditional Mandarin arts and textiles, and taking field trips to expand your childs knowledge.
