The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Kids who participate in either Ice Hockey or other Specialty FigureSkating Camps at Wheaton Ice in the morning may register and join the fun at Week in the Park in the afternoon! This camp features an indoor tennis lesson, time to practice skating skills at the rink each day, nature walks, and more. We do a lot of walking and running around, so wear comfortable walking shoes! Elite Camp - University of Nebraska
This camp is designed to be an intense camp for in-going grades 6th-12th who wish to prepare themselves for high school, college or beyond. Fundamental skill development on offense, defense and conditioning principles for all positions on the floor will be stressed. Both individual and team play development will be improved by attending this camp. Many of the same drills and techniques used by Coach Yori and her staff at Nebraska will be taught. Elite Camp begins in the evening of June 1 at 7:00pm. Registration for overnight campers will begin at 5:45pm and Commuter Campers at 6:30pm. The camp runs all day on June 2-3 and concludes at 4:00pm on June 3. If your camper is also registered for Skills Camp on June 1, there will be a dinner break and the Elite Session will begin at 7:00pm.
