Is There a Dress Code?
Different camps have different types of dress codes, which is why parents should read all registration materials and welcome packets in advance. For example, a Christian camp may not want youth to wear two-piece bathing suits or spaghetti strap tank tops whereas a different camp may not care. Most summer programs will ask that youth wear age-appropriate clothing. This means avoiding any t-shirts or clothing items that have offensive or suggestive language or any overtly sexual and violent imagery.
Both the summer program’s mission or specialty and daily schedule and activities will dictate the details of the camp’s dress code....

MCC Kid Camp - Alliance, OH
Kids ages 7 to 11 (by 9/1/15) are invited to participate in 1, 2, or 3 activities for 3 days in July. They can sign up for Basketball from 9:30-11:30, Soccer from 12:30-2:30, Art from 3:00-5:00, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these activities. Costs are as follows: $10 per kid for 1 activity, $20 per kid for 2 activities, or $25 for ALL 3, which will include lunch and a snack each day. In the event that your household has more than 2 kids participating, cost is a MAX of $25 per family for 1 Activity, $50 MAX for 2 activities, and $60 MAX for ALL 3 Activities. EVERY KID WHO PARTICIPATES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ACTIVITIES, WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT TO BE WORN EACH DAY. Signups for this event begin May 3rd and run through June 14th. 4-H Teen Summit - Session 3 - Nancy, KY
Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. Starting at 6pm Dale Potter-Clark will discuss the process and research that led to the writing of "The Founders and Evolution of Summer Resorts and Kids' Camps on Four Lakes in Central Maine". There will be time for Q&A followed by book signings. Books will be available for sale following the talk.
Riverside Youth Camping Trip 2016 - Fort Myers, FL
THE COST IS $35. There are only 80 spaces!! You are not signed up until you pay for it. Food! Fun! Friends!! Fishing!! Fire!!! Fresh Air and Fellowship!!! "It's the nature of the place." Riverside Retreat, formerly the South Florida United Methodist Camp, was renamed in 2006 for its location on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. Our nearly 150 acres are dotted with open meadows and grassy corridors surrounded by a lush forest of pines, cypress, palms, live oaks and other native species. The varied habitat provides beauty and the opportunity for exploration and appreciation of creation, as noted in our motto.

Dear friends in Christ! The Living Spring camp would like to cordially invite you to the 2016 Youth Winter Bible Camp at The Ark Christian Ministries in Converse, Indiana December 27-31, 2016! We truly look forward to this event as another opportunity for us all to share our time together at this beautiful place where you can catch up with one another, have sports, games and fun, and most importantly, have an invaluable opportunity to go deep in the Word of God and give praise to our Lord Jesus Christ! Topic: "Where is Your Faith?" (Luke 8:25). Cost: $170 for the entire duration of the camp per person. We encourage everyone to come earlier rather than later to be able to appreciate the time we have together. Arrival: Tuesday, December 27 at 2PM tentatively Departure: Saturday, December 31 at 10AM Immediately After: The New Year celebration at the Grace of Christ Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana. Introduced to the fun and exciting, age appropriate, world of athletics, girls are also taught an appreciation for multiple sports, participation, sportsmanship, and physical fitness. They will gain a deeper understanding of sports through individual and team play in an environment that promotes enjoyment and healthy competition. CC was an all-state player for Salesianum, All-American while playing at LaSalle, and also played professionally for the Philadelphia Kixx. Players will be taught the fundamentals of shooting and passing. Mornings will consist of skill sessions and afternoons will be occupied with competitive games and scrimmages. Teamwork around the net will be emphasized. ------------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 11:45 a.m. unless your child is registered for day camp (1/2 day) in which case they will be escorted to lunch and then to day camp for the afternoon. ------------ RAINY DAYS: Please wear sneakers. Camp held indoors ------------ WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers or soccer shoes. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon.
