LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Week 2 AM - Kayak Fishing - NESS
This week is open to experienced kayakers and anglers who are ready to take their skills to the next level! Some of last years catches included porgies, snapper blues, pilot fish, trigger fish and even a remora! You never know exactly what will happen in this exciting class where we get to explore more closely some of the best inshore fishing spots. We will be teaching the basics of fishing from a kayak, tying knots, baiting hooks, cleaning gear, and practicing fishing safety. We practice catch and release only. Students should bring their own fishing rods and tackle ready for use. Some NESS rods are available and bait will be provided, please call to inquire. Includes: fishing & kayaking 860-535-9362

Join us this summer for a Kids Kundalini Yoga Camp, an opportunity to experience the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and explore a practice of self-awareness. The event will be held at Mercy Hospital Conference Center on New Ballas Road. Doors open at 6:00pm, and trivia begins promptly at 7:00pm. Prizes will be awarded to the winning table. Drama Camp week 1 - The Chapel School
Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting! Well, all of the cats and dogs are in this action-packed slapstick comedy. Join the Chapel School Explorer Program Dramateers as we explore theatre and prepare this One Act Play "Kung Fu Kitty." It is a story about standing up for what you believe in and overcoming adversity. This is sure to be a week filled with laughter, learning, and more laughter! Campers will learn the basics of theatre and present a play at the end of the week. All campers who enroll will have a speaking role in the play and will also help create the set and costumes for the play. Dont miss this chance to shine on the stage as a Kung Fu Kitty. 9143373202.0

Full Day Enrollment - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Morning Only (9:00am-Noon) Disney Mania – Campers will work with their favorite Disney songs and characters to learn the fundamentals of singing and dancing! Build confidence and coordination to the tunes of Frozen, Tangled, The Lion King, and more! Afternoon Only (1:00 - 4:00 pm) Behind the Curtains of The Sky is Falling- The art of Stage Craft will take over the next week on Second St. This week we will be working closely with the cast of The Sky is Falling to prepare their costumes and set for the show on July 22 and 23. Whats not to love about dolphins? Smart, playful, they love their friends and family and theyre phenomenal swimmers and jumpers. They speak to each other underwater and can find things without being able to see them! Dont you wish you were a dolphin? Lets find out more about these ocean superstars. And of course - we have to play in the water A LOT this week. Well find things with our masks blacked out by echolocation and well play Capture the Fish!
