This is our Culinary Camp week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips to learn how to cook. Each day we will head to a different kitchen around the Bay Area and learn from a different about daily cooking themes. As always we will experience this while using public transportation to navigate our way. ***Note****: Due to the locations and the variety of different chefs we are working with on this camp week, we must advise that there will be dishes with nuts, gluten, and other possible food allergies. At this time we advise all children with food allergies that this is not the best choice for you. If you do have specific or rare food allergies please feel free to inquire with us and we will check the ingredients. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. Boys Will Be Boys
Yes, boys will boys and that's why this camp experience was tailor made for our two pre-teens. It seems like they never run out of energy and this was the perfect environment to keep them busy. I also very much liked the ability to check in and see how they were progressing. Camp CCYT 2016 - Huron, OH
Camp CCYT is BACK! Caryl Crane Youth Theatre is pleased to announce GODSPELL as its 2016 summer camp offering! Explore all aspects of the theatre with other aspiring actors who love the stage as much as you do! Camp CCYT is the arts camp that is more than a traditional summer camp. Designed for students ages 10-18, the program is a comprehensive, one-week intensive, in which students get a chance to hone their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Camp CCYT meets July 18-23, 2015, 9am – 3 pm in the McBride Auditorium on BGSU Firelands College Campus. One performance of Godspell is scheduled for Saturday, July 23 at 10 am. Each student will not only STAR onstage in the production, but also will also contribute to the direction, choreography, set, lighting and costume design of the production. Students will be assigned a mentor from the Caryl Crane Youth Theatre 2016 Staff and will work as assistants on a specific “behind-the-scenes” area of their interest. Camp CCYT is designed to instill in aspiring thespians a deeper understanding about producing and participating in a first-class musical with working professionals. Tuition for Camp CCYT is $125.00 and space is limited to 34 students....

Pre-teen Improv Summer Camp (Session 1) - Norfolk, VA
This camp is open to children ages 7 to 12. Students will explore the key elements of both long and short form improvisation. The children will play numerous improv games which will serve to develop and enhance their public-speaking, social, and team-building skills. This camp will be conducted in a non-judgmental environment where the students will build confidence, make friends, and most importantly… have fun. Snacks will be provided on a daily basis and there will be a pizza-party for lunch on Friday. The camp concludes on Saturday with all students performing in a graduation show on the stage of the Push Comedy Theater. Each student will receive a Push Comedy Theater T-shirt and be eligible to perform in the 5th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2016. We will have 3 sessions throughout the summer. Session1: July 11th - 15th, 9:30am to noon Session 2: August 1st - 5th, 9:30 to noon Session 3: August 22nd - 26th, 9:30 to noon These are all beginner level sessions, no experience is necessary. Tution is $200 for new students (includes a t-shirt), $190 for returning students.
