Extra Pointers Kicking, Punting & Specialists Football Camp Combo. (Grades 6 - 12) Camp is two sessions (June 21-23 & Aug. 2-4) combined for one low price of $348.00! The goal of this camp is to make athletes into solid, competent performers. Camp will expose kickers, punters, holders, and snappers to all aspects of their respective positions: mechanics, technique, game-situation, mental preparedness, and physical training. Campers receive an Extra pointers t-shirt, a printed technique guide by position, and video evaluation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notes: Camp is only open to children entering grades 6-12. Registering ineligible children will result in removal from program and no refund. No residency restrictions. This camp will introduce Modern and Contemporary movement to each student. Contemporary choreography will be presented along with classical technique to advance the dancer's knowledge. A dance showcase will be offered for the families on the final Saturday at 2pm. Theme: Fairy Tale Adventures Silly characters take to the stage! Through improvisation, special guest artist workshops, art projects, theatre games and rehearsals, campers will learn the basics of acting. Along the way they will discover new ways of collaborating with peers and the joy of performing. Past workshops have included stage make-up, choreography, singing, yoga, and swordplay!
