My child gets homesick easily. Is camp not right for him / her?
Everyone gets homesick from time to time, but if your child seems especially shy, anxious, or clingy, you may fear that he or she isn't ready for an overnight trip. I.G.N.I.T.E Youth Camp Retreat - Trevor, WI
Our goal is to refresh your children spiritually as well as socially before returning back to school. This will be a great opportunity for all of us to get connected and stay connected for years to come. Promised Land Ministries is a Christian based organization that holds retreats for an array of different ministries including youth. We have joined together with them to create an eventful, fun-filled experience for August. Our days will be packed with loads of fun outdoor activities, balanced out with daily devotions and small group breakout sessions. We will be camping in tents so please be aware. This retreat is for members only between the ages of 12-18. The cost will be $90.00 per individual covering everything including; food, shelter, transportation, activities, etc. We will be having multiple fundraisers prior in the hopes that every child will be paid for in full. In order for those fundraisers to be successful we need your child’s attendance. Please encourage and support them in attending these fundraisers to promote responsibility and achievement. Children's Museum of Evansville Summer Camp 2016 - Evansville, IN
Spark those curious minds and imaginations this summer at the Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe!) cMoe camps offer quality experiences and are led by certified teachers. In addition to the weekly themed activities, campers have daily exploration time in our museum. All full-day camps are available to children entering 1st-7th grade for the 2016-2017 school year. Full-day camps begin at 9am and end at 4pm with the option of extended care for only $25 per week. For cMoe members, camp is $135.00 per week! Non-members are $150.00 per week. Early Bird discount until March 25th! Camp themes include: STEM, Art, Wonderful Wizard World, Mad Science, Sleuth Camp and MORE! cMoe Mini Camps: Just for Preschoolers! Sunflowers are a joyful symbol of summer. These North American native Asters can light up both a field and face. In this camp we will dive into what makes these instantly recognizable flowers so amazing, and unlock some secrets they may hold in their heads. Through careful observation and sunny inspiration we will complete several sunflower themed projects using mixed media. Corky Rogers Football Camp - Bolles San Jose Campus
Corky Rogers Football Camp campers will enjoy an action-packed week of individual and group instruction in the basic fundamentals of football. Camp will include instruction on: •Techniques of Quarterback play •Receiving skills and running of pass patterns •Punting, place kicking drills and blocking techniques •Types for offensive and defensive plays Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt on the last day of camp. Please note: Each camper will need to dress comfortably for an outdoor athletic summer camp.
