Where Will My Child Sleep at Summer Camp?
Different camps have different types of accommodations. Some groups have kids sleeping in well-ventilated cabins whereas others have air-conditioned dorm rooms. Bathrooms could be in cabin or in a nearby wash house. There are also programs that have youth sleeping in tents outside. An organization’s mission often dictates the sleeping arrangements. For example, a 4-H or Girl Scout group may want campers to be outdoors to learn important survival skills whereas an academic camp may want youth inside so they can focus on their work.

Lacrosse Performance Elite Camp - Hampden-Sydney College
Check in is Sunday between 3-4pm The Performance Elite Camp is a Specialty Instruction Camp for Student-Athletes serious about preparing to play collegiate lacrosse with a focus on developing Shooting skills, Goalie Individual Instruction and Small Group Defensive Instruction. There will also be daily game competition! The Performance Super Junior Camp will feature great game competition and small group instruction in Shooting, Stick Skills, Individual Goalie Play, and Defense 1-434-223-6158
The Art and Science of Photography - Sycamore School
Instructor: Lauren Ditchley -- During this camp photographers explore the medium of photography in many forms. We will experiment with traditional methods of image making - Cyanotype prints, pinhole photography, black and white darkroom, as well as current techniques in digital photography and photoshop editing. It would be helpful for students to have a point and shoot digital camera to use during this camp. This does not need to be an expensive camera, just something you might already own. 317-202-2500
