NOTE: GOALKEEPER REGISTRATION IS FULL FOR THIS CAMP. We encourage your goalkeeper to attend the next One Day Prep Camp in June - details TBA. One Day Camp for those serious club and high school soccer players interested in playing college soccer in their future. Players are usually of high level but camp is open to all based only on age. The day is comprised of technical training, small sided games, full sided games, and a recruiting lecture by the Northwestern Coaching Staff. Fall Retreat: Seeing the Face of Christ in the Vulnerable - Dahlonega,
Sign up for the Campus Catholic Fall Retreat: Seeing the Face of Christ in the Vulnerable! Come out and spend a weekend in the mountains full of fellowship, fun and of course JESUS!! In this group please post your name, t-shirt size, and if you are able to provide transportation, and if so how many people you can drive. The retreat will be held at Camp Hidden Lake in Dahlonega, GA. Plan on meeting at Sacred Heart at 3:15 so we can get everyone situated in cars, but we plan on leaving at 3:30 from Sacred Heart in order to arrive at Hidden Lake around 6:30. Dinner will be provided Friday night, and all meals up until Sunday breakfast will be provided. The cost of the retreat is $20 for Georgia College students and $40 for non-Georgia College students, but if you are unable to pay just talk to Deacon and we will find a way for you to be able to go. Week 3 PM - Fly Fishing - NESS
Come join NESS to learn about the fantastic sport of fly fishing. Saltwater fly fishing is used to target a variety of species available depending on the season. Striped bass and bluefish are local all summer, with the occasional transient like banded rudder fish and jack crevalle. Learn saltwater specific fly fishing techniques to fish your local waters. Gain experience in casting, tackle and fly selection, rigging, fish fighting and proper release techniques. This activity demands specific methods and large areas of space so enrollment is limited. Students should bring their own fishing rods and tackle ready for use. Some NESS rods are available and bait will be provided, please call to inquire. The Princeton Field Hockey coaching staff has designed the Elite Camp for the athlete and the team who have aspirations to take their game to the next level. We encourage you to make this your high school team camp. In the months leading up to the camp, the Princeton coaching staff will work with your HS coach to ensure we are working toward your team goals for the upcoming season. We will address tactical areas, individual skill development and team direction. For the camper coming to camp as an individual, we will place you on a team with other athletes of a similar experience level. Individual skill will be developed during the morning sessions, while afternoon and evening sessions will be devoted to team tactics and team building. Sessions will be held on Bedford Field, the world class water-astroturf home of the 2012 National Champion Princeton Tigers, as well as the field turfs at 1952 Stadium and Plummer Field at Roberts Stadium. Athletes will have the opportunity to be coached by a mix of Division I college coaches and top collegiate players. You will receive high level instruction at EVERY skill or small game station. Great Outdoors Mini Camp June 27th-June 30th Its back to nature in this camp and we mean literally! If it has to do with nature and the great outdoors we are all over it! These days kids seem to be losing touch with nature, so in this camp we are going to bring them back to the wild side. Kids will leave civilization behind as we head out into the great unknown to learn all about nature and surviving the outdoors. Campers will get the ins and outs of navigating trails, compass use, telling time by the sun, identify animal tracks, interact daily with animals, make fossils, build a drift shelter, survival skills, make Native American crafts, outdoor cooking (more than just smores) and so much more.
