FOR CAMPERS WITH JESSAMINE CHRISTIAN CHURCH GROUP ONLY. Any misplaced registrants will be removed from this session. Younger campers need a lot of reassurance and unconditional love, and that is exactly what they get at 7/11 Camp. For many kids, 7/11 Camp will be their first experience away from home. So, every action-packed 7/11 day hums with words of love and encouragement sung by a staff hand-picked for their Christ-like patience and sensitivity. Counselors coach and praise the kids while they learn and explore through games, pool activities, and much more. Each activity leads to greater confidence and character building. Counselor training builds moral and spiritual application into each and every activity session. The 7/11 leadership staff creatively share the importance of a life lived for Christ through themed events at night, 7/11 worship, nightly devotionals, and one-on-one time getting to know your child. Returning to Teen Camp - undefined, CA
In the summer of 2014, I did something I never really thought I was called to do: work with TEENS. Being 21 at the time, I still considered myself one. Me? Being paired up with a 14-year old girl? Confronting normal teen issues paired with the difficulty that comes hand in hand while being in the foster system? Definitely a challenge. Not just zip-ling fun and games. (Also, I came home with crutches that year. FROM TRIPPING IN THE CAFETERIA. Hangry?) However, seeing how camp is something these kids/teens look forward to every year and how a weekend in the woods reminds them they are loved and adored is invaluable. Being with older and wiser counselors also inspired me because seeing the way they love unconditionally inspires me to not be selfish with my time and personal ambitions. These kids, this camp. It means something. A safe place with the ability to change lives long term. I'm proud to say that I'm returning to Teen Camp this year and it would be amazing to share the stories from last time with you (when I get a blog post up.) Rise Up Florida High School Retreat November 6-8, 2015 Word of Life Retreat Center Hudson, Florida Join us as we welcome the band Lost & Found to join us for Rise Up Florida as one of their last stops on their farewell tour. This event is for both those who attended the Gathering and for those who were not able to attend. It will equip and re-ignite those who were at the Gathering to "bring the Gathering home" and to provide a feel of the Gathering to those who were not able to be there. Utilizing some of the resources, video and music from the Gathering and adding in some of our own, we will encourage youth to examine their story and the story of their community and congregation and to explore how God might be calling them to tell His story and affect change where they see injustice. Our time together will include: * Large Group Sessions * Congregational Small Groups * Large Group Games * Campfire * Climbing Wall * Zip Line * Heated Pool * Water Slide * Music with Lost & Found and so much more! We will be hosting a camp out for the youth, beginning at 4 PM Saturday, October 22, 2016. We will play games, fish, roast hot dogs, marshmallows, etc. Breakfast and Sunday School will be at the ahelterbhouse as well. If the weather is too cold we will move to the gym and have a "lock-in." All youth are asked to attend Sunday morning service, and can g picked up around 11:45 at the church.

Our camp is designed to provide intensive individual instruction for middle and high school volleyball players. We invite athletes of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and we encourage both individuals and teams to attend. 857-998-0821
Tennis Boot Camp - Pauline Betz Addie Tennis Center
Do you have the right stuff to be a tennis champion? Take a week to really focus on the sport in this fun and challenging week-long camp. Children will be grouped by age and playing ability Using personal instruction, group games and drills, well teach beginning and intermediate level players all the fundamentals: forehand, backhand and overhead strokes, serves and volleys, footwork, scorekeeping, names and meanings of the lines, and more.
