Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. Camp operates June 20 through August 12 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The program is geared to motivate and stimulate the participants willingness to learn through field trips and age appropriate activities and much more!
