2016 FM Youth Camp Reunion - Ash Grove, MO

Invite your friends who were campers with you or served with you at FM Youth Camp! www.fmyouth.wix.com/reunion --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who: All past campers and staff from FM Youth Camp What: Friday night it starts with a time to share memories and spend the night at the campgrounds! We will all spend the night in the dorms to bring back memories of when we were campers/staff at FM Youth! This event is for 7th grade and above. If you are 6th grade or below, a parent/guardian must be attending the event as well. We would LOVE to have families come! Bring your spouse and children; just make sure to register them too!! Saturday will be treated as a day of camp and a work day. It will conclude with a pie auction and hamburger fry at 6pm. Proceeds raised from this will go towards the trustees. Ceramics 6 - Learn to Throw - Artists Exchange
Build your skills with a week of camp devoted to the pottery wheel. Start by throwing the basic cylinder form and turning it into a functional bowl or vase. Add some character to the plates and cups you use every day with interesting surface techniques and glaze. Ceramics camps allow children to immerse themselves in clay studio studies ranging from basic hand building, wheel throwing, and sculpting. Campers will learn a variety of skills designed to fit the camp they are in. Ceramic focus campers will learn the technical aspects of recycling, slab work, build a simple kiln from a metal trash can and firing pottery in it. All under the guidance of a professional potter and the fire department. Clay adventures offers a beginners taste of experimenting with clay. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Day - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow coaches the opportunity to work with and observe Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swim Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. This summer math camp is intended to prepare students for participation in math competitions at the elementary level. The competitions included in this mathlete preparation include Math Olympiad, Noetic Math Competition, and regional math competitions. Students will utilize questions from previous competitions and other preparatory materials, individually and in groups, to prepare for individual and team competition environments as well as speed round competitions.
