Hitting/Base-Running Camp Team Registration - Pine Bluff, AR (Taylor Field)
PRO-DAY Baseball Hitting/Base-Running Camp will be held on Saturday, February 20th at Historical Taylor Field. The Camp will be held from 9 am - 12 noon for ages 8-15 years of age. Incase of inclement weather, the clinic will be moved into the Indoor Facility at the Stadium. Participants will get to hear instruction on proper hitting techniques and to help improve ones swing from a staff that has been involved in professional baseball on all levels. Since 1989, PRO-DAY Baseball has been teaching young players the finer points of the game, have sent hundreds of players into professional baseball, along with hundreds and hundreds of others have went on to receive baseball scholarships to colleges/universities across the country. Players need to register in advance, the camp is "Limited". Proceeds will benefit the John Gross Memorial Scholarship, which is given to a high school senior each year that plans to go off to college to play baseball and continue their education. 888-224-6150

Campers will participate in: Swimming Hiking Archery Crafts Teambuilding Leadership Activities Zip Line Climbing Wall Pamper Pole Creeking Giants Ladder Slack Line Thursday Overnight Camping Experience* Weekly Schedule: Monday – Wednesday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm *Thursday 9:00 am through Friday at 12:00 noon Parent Program: Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 pm Catered lunch provided daily. All meals provided during Thursday overnight experience. Adventure Academy summer camp is open to children ages 7-14. We strive to ensure that each child leaves camp with long-lasting memories of adventure, discovery and friendship. We provide a safe environment in which to have new experiences, gain an appreciation for the outdoors and develop leadership skills and abilities. Our 10:1 camper to counselor ratio ensures a quality experience for each child. Adventure Academy takes place on Camp Mary Ortons 167 wooded acres, bordered by the Olentangy River. In addition to miles of trails, we have a swimming pool, archery range and an experiential education/adventure course. Session 9 - Camp Half Blood
Camp Half-Blood is offered in one-week sessions to boys and girls ages 7 through 12. Each session pulls its theme from a different Greek Myth. Using storytelling, live action role play and physically and mentally engaging activities, campers work with their friends to develop new skills, solve problems and create summer memories that will last a lifetime. Demi-Gods will learn archery, sword-fighting, forging, story-making, myth-writing, and create greek-inspired crafts. All of which theyll need in their weekly (quests) to find and defeat the ancient monsters that roam the hills and paths of our Prospect Park campsite. Camp Half-Blood is open to demi-Gods ages 7-12. Our drop-off and pick-up location is at the 9th Street and Prospect Park West entrance to Prospect Park.
