On the MOVE is a bootcamp for kids ages 5-12 which helps build strength, increase skills such as jumping higher and running faster, improve coordination and motor skills, and establish a strong foundation of self-esteem and confidence. Our unique combination of obstacles, agility ladders, hurdles, reaction drills, dodge ball, running games and fun movement accessories makes this a hit for all fitness levels. This class is free, but advance registration is requested.

An idea that has been burning in our brains for a few years will finally spill into the steep, hilly forests of West Virginia this August. Save the date, we'll be taking over the insane Roseland Resort for a weekend bonanza of pool parties, camp fires, club ragers and weirdo sunrise woodland excursions together. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR NOW: - Roseland has a 20 year tradition of being a clothing optional, men-only resort. We must respect the rules of the space and adhere to this for the 2015 edition. We will work towards a larger idea in the future. - We have held ALL of the cabins and best tent camp sites on the resort property in a discounted Honcho block. You will get 10% off all lodging.
