After an less than desirable experience with a camp who shall remain nameless, we were a bit leery about sending our boys off to a new summer camp. However, when we discovered that Cedarbrook was centered around our same values and those values informed all the activities we took the leap of faith and glad that we did. Teen Boot Camp Registration opens January 1st at 12:01 AM! See details below on this awesome opportunity! The Teen Boot Camp is designed to be a rigorous theatre learning experience. It will be very challenging, quick paced, and demanding. One might describe it as Theatre School on steroids! If your teen has been aching to be a better actor, this intense program is the cure! February Break - Kid's Adventure Day Camp - Oakhurst, CA
Come and join the fun at Sugar Pine during February Break! It’s going to be an exciting week full of friends, adventure and growth. You’ll play lots of games: including target sports, board games, and adventurous activities. You’ll explore the beauty of the mountains during the daily nature lessons and get “creative” making crafts and learning new skills. Each day will have reading & journal times and open times to play with friends, make crafts, join the Game Room Tournament or visit the Old Mill Cafe. What is Day Camp? Kid's Adventure Day Camp was created as a safe, fun and educational event for 3rd-6th graders during school breaks. Parents can drop-off their children knowing that they will be cared for by experienced staff members who's primary concern is to provide a safe and fun environment for every child. Children register every morning and are picked-up every afternoon (no overnight stays). I cannot put into words how much CK has meant to me and I can't wait to relive the experience. Camp was easily the most life changing and happiest time of my life. With that being said....I'm back again!!! Back to plug how amazing this org and non-profit is and back to fundraising for the kids. For those of you who may not know, Camp Kesem is a camp for children's whose parents have been affected by cancer. Camp is their chance to live freely as children without any of the weight and worry of cancer. I'm so excited to embark on this journey again and can't wait until the countdown to camp begins!!!
