Basic martial arts techniques, Self-defense, Anti-Bully procedures, Anti- Abduction skills. Build self-confidence, coordination, balance, and social skills.
 
Join us for a kickin' good time as kids ages 5 thru 12 years learn martial arts and self defense. Children also benefit from anti-bully and anti-abduction skills while building self confidense, coordination and balance. They will enjoy lots of social interaction through fun games. This fun filled, skill building camp will focus on many aspects of self-defense for children. Each day through the camp we will focus on a different skill through fun games and skill building techniques. Many children have attended our camps and have really enjoyed them and their parents enjoy the confidence the martial arts skills give their children. Parents also enjoy knowing their kids learn some great techniques they can keep with them always and have learned to avoid bad situations where they may need to use those skills. There is no experience necessary for this camp. Children are to wear comfortable clothing. Xcel Martial Arts & Fitness Located on Schrock Rd. just west of Cleveland Ave in the Westerville area, just north of the I-270 north outer belt.

You may typically think of martial arts as a boy’s activity. My daughter, however, wanted to learn this skill. We sent her to Life's A Kick! - Martial Arts Summer Camp and she absolutely loved it. This camp is designed for children ages 4 ½ up to 13 years of age. Kids learn the basics of martial arts over the course of 11 weeks.
