The Jungle Book Camp explores the jungle in a way you have never seen it before! Children will read the classic Rudyard Kipling story, as well as the famous Disney version. We will transform our classroom into a wild habitat and create our own terrariums. Jungle crafts, jungle music and a look at the jungles of our world will keep campers excited and engaged all week long! You Can't Go Wrong With the Y
With a name like Camp Thunderbird, how could you go wrong? Our son had such a wonderful time. The pictures of his water skiing are the best! He was also very excited about the sailing lessons and has been going around the house tying everything into proper knots. J-Bagel Presents: Sexual Awakenings at Summer Camp - Philadelphia, PA
Remember that hot counselor from Camp Ramah? That CIT who led Ultimate Frisbee practice? Join J-Bagel for an event discussing early experiences at summer camp (and beyond!) that helped form our sexual identities - some good, and some bad. Snacks will be served and this discussion will be followed by a screening of the second season premiere of Transparent!
Creative Kids Drop-In Winter Culinary Camp
Our 3rd day of camp, the students will prepare some fun and festive appitizers perfect for New Year's Eve! They will get to take home a selction to share with family and friends while ringing in the new year. Kid-friendly favorites such as pigs in a blanket, meatballs, cheese straws, and homemade ranch dip for veggies. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Learning areas: history, social studies, science, math, kitchen safety. Limit: 10 students Suggested ages: 6+ (younger are welcome with adult helper present) Warning: not an allergy-free event! Nuts will be present as well as wheat. Cost: $15 per child, per class.
Kid's Summer Camp! Picasso Week! *Ages 7-13 - Sherman, TX
Campers, ages 7-13, will explore the artist Vincent Van Gogh all week through paintings and other related activities. They will paint a 16x20 painting each day M-Th, and work on a 24-36 self portrait through the week. The week will end with an art show Friday evening from 5-6pm. Every camper receives a camp t-shirt and daily snack. Other activities and crafts will be used to supplement daily lessons! Camp: Monday- Friday, 1pm-4pm Art show: Friday 5-6pm

E-Textile Creations- Upper elementary - Eureka Workshop
Combining craft with technology is a fun way to express interests and personality and the possibilities are endless. Through this camp, participants will sew with conductive thread and use LED lights to create a functioning piece of technology! Craft materials are constantly evolving as technology advances and this hands on approach will demonstrate some of its potential. (804) 727-9817
BOSS Camp - Session 2 - Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center
BOSS CAMP: The Sky is Falling - This 2 week, full day camp will be an amazing opportunity for your performer to participate in a full childrens theater production from start to finish. We will have a limited number of spots available. The first day of camp will be your audition and parts will be assigned at the beginning of the 2nd day of camp. The Sky is Falling is the story of a very scared chicken, named Chicken Little. Follow his adventure as he meets many of our favorite fairytale creatures including Jack & Jill, the 3 blind mice, old McDonald and much more! The camp will end with 2 public performances on July 22 and 23 at 7:00pm. Students must bring their own lunch 910-341-7860

Wanna go Wild Kratts? Come on an adventure with the coolest creatures! Cheetah speed and lizard glide, falcon flight and lion pride! Make your own creature suits and learn about a different animal and their awesome creature powers every day. There will be so many ways for us to play and learn about animals: dramatic play, crafting & art, fine and gross motor activities, literacy and math practice, and lots of science. We will wrap up our creature adventures with a trip to the zoo to see those creature powers in action! Come learn basic sewing skills or fine tune your existing ones while making fun projects. Campers will both hand sew and machine sew a variety of different items. Projects may include pillows, tool belts, snack bags and more! Campers are encouraged to add their own creativity to their projects! No experience necessary! All materials and machines provided.
