Theater Basics Camp - Garner Performing Arts Center
(Ages 5-11) Each summer, The Towne Players of Garner partner with the Town of Garner to provide a four-week summer theater camp. Children will learn theater basics, which they apply to the summer show, Seussical The Musical, Jr The children join with the teens during the final week of the camp to rehearse their featured numbers in the show. Summer Daze Swim Camp - LIFE Community Center
Make a splash this summer at Summer Daze Swim Camp. This week we will have swimming lessons, learn about water safety, play water games, travel to local swimming holes, and take a trip to a water park. Theres no better way to start your summer! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure your child (grade 1-6) is a part of this awesome summer. Guided by our American Red Cross Certified Staff, this summer promises to be one adventure after the other. Campers should bring a swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and bug spray, a water bottle and lunch everyday. Afternoon snack will be provided. Children should wear clothes that can get dirty and comfortable shoes that they can wear while running and hiking. Camp will run from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Before and after care is available for an additional fee. A weekly newsletter will give parents and campers an idea of what to expect each week. Join us for a summer of adventure, friendship and fun!
