At BONA, we are always excited about the summer because we get to spend time with some great STUDENT athletes. Over the past 17 years, we have been blessed to only work with great athletes, many of whom have developed the skill and discipline to move on and become productive parts of the athletic and professional community. This summer we want to spend 5 days with your young student athlete and discuss the importance of working with a purpose. Our goal each summer is to work with 10 - 15 young men grades 6 -12 to meet specific camp objectives.

Princess Tropical Summer Dance Camp (Ages 3-10) - Jacksonville, AL
PRINCESS TROPICAL DANCE CAMP at Alabama Christian Dance Theatre Celebrate Summer with the Princesses at a Tropical Beach party hosted by Alabama Christian Dance Theatre. Bring your favorite beach towel and be prepared to have a dance water day during our week long camp! Camp will be filled with crafts, games, dance ballet and jazz. This may be your dancer's favorite week of the summer! Girls Dance - Sanford Day Camp
Michele Buglio will be the instructor for our Dance program. Michele has been our Dance teacher for a number of years. She has her studio called Dance HDC at the Shoppes at Louviers. Micheles enthusiasm and energy should result in an exciting camp for your child. Dancers will be taught the basics in leaps and turns, ballet, theatre, modern, hip-hop, and Zumba. ----------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. All dancers will be transported in the morning to a professional dance studio for their dance instruction. ----------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Specialty dance shoes are optional, but encouraged. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. Cheer and Stunt Camp - Brigham Young University
Join BYUs cheer coach Jocelyn Allan and the BYU Cheer Squad for the best cheer camp of the year! This camp is designed to prepare future BYU cheerleaders for their junior high, high school, all-star and college-level tryouts. The primary focus of this camp is on both co-ed and all-girl stunting. If you are already a cheerleader, this camp will improve your skills and prepare you to excel this year. This camp offers instruction from some of the states finest in stunting, tumbling, dancing, motion technique, jump technique and crowd leading. Train under the direction of BYUs great coaching staff-including former and current BYU cheerleaders! You will receive quality instruction in all aspects of cheerleading. Find out first hand what it takes to become a BYU Cheerleader and learn how to prepare to succeed at the college level. You will have the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of cheerleading technique all the way to the most elite stunts and tumbling passes.
