Each session will begin with a hlaf an hour warm up run by one of our performance coaches to work on mobility, flexability and core/relative strength. We will plant, tend and eat fresh fruits and vegetables from the gardens, build with natural materials, and explore the farms streams, forests and native prairie. We will tend to the farm animals and learn about respectful methods of animal care. And of course, well make some awesome art projects together, including hand stitched journals, water color paintings, woodworking, origami, upcycled CD art and so much more. During this session our biology lessons will explore monarch butterflies and their habitats. All programming is led by Ana Skemp, M.S.
