Typing is an invaluable skill that takes time and practice to master. This class is for children with little or no experience. We will discuss the history of typing, why it is important, learn about proper ergonomics, and the home row keys. Students will be exposed to many different typing programs and games. OK Rutland remember how much we raised to help support #Jake? Cj's Suds South has partnered up to help a touring father in a fight for his own family and yours. Chad Garrett will be here all day from Ohio entertaining from acoustic, to karaoke, to being our DJ for the evening. 2016 Stanford Synchro Swim Camp - Overnight - Stanford Athletics
Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow athletes the opportunity to work with Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swimming Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp. Athletes will also have the opportunity to experience living in a Stanford dorm and eating in the cafeteria. 800-357-7687

Wrestling - Wrestling Camp - Goochland County Parks and Recreation
A camp designed to teach the basics of wrestling. Participants will learn the rules of wrestling as well as some of the fundamentals of wrestling. This is a great way for young boys and girls to decide if wrestling is a sport for them. All participants must have shorts a T shirt and sneakers to participate.
