Camp will combine stage crafts and techniques while reenacting some of your favorite Dr. Who episodes featuring some of the best Dr. Who bad guys and including of course, the Daleks. Day camps are offered by local community centers, schools, youth groups, and some times by the local sports or arts centers. An 8 year old girl would really enjoy a program that provides a good combination of creative arts classes, like pottery, drawing, and active workshops, like yoga and dance. We have found that this is a great learning experience for parents and children alike. We are working with the local law enforcement community to have officers, equipment and K9's available for demonstration. Children will be shooting .22 and 9mm pistols as well as .22 rifles. An instructor will be with the children to assist in holding. Please confirm in the discussion thread if you are coming. We will need to limit this class to 60 children. Donations of cash or ammo will be accepted at the registration table but are not mandatory for attendance. All donations go to future children's classes. Thanks!!

This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. Stories and songs such as "Bye Bye Binky," " No More Diapers," and "No More Monsters," will be shared to make transitioning for parent and child a fun experience.

This class will delve into the techniques used by famous teachers such as Stanislavsky, Chekov and Boal, to truly hone their skills in bringing characters to life on the stage. Techsplosion is a hands-on STEM enrichment program in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2010, our passionate instructors have served over 1,500 students at over 50 bay area locations. We balance computer time with fun outdoor activities and themed games. Our Minecraft and Video Game Design camps are the most computer intensive but in all full-day programs we schedule approximately 2 hours of outdoor time per day. In addition to that, we have many non-computer activities, particularly in the camps for younger age groups like Junior Minecrafters and Minecraft Challenge. We want to inspire your kids to lead balanced and passionate lives, not turn them into potatoes. Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure. Camp Cordova is hosting a specialty day camp at Lincoln Village Park. This day camp is perfect for the extremely active child ages 8-11. Enjoy weekly themes and field trips, along with a variety of camp-style sports games & adventure activities with an emphasis on fun, learning, and participation. Campers will also explore a variety of aquatic games and daily swimming at the Lincoln Village pool. Camp hours are 8am-4pm with extended hours available from 4pm-6pm.
