This week long camp is home to children ages 5 to 16. My daughter spends 2 weeks of every summer at this camp. Counselors from all over the globe come to teach campers swimming, archery, exploring nature, digital photography, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, survivor skills, leadership skills and horseback riding. CSTC - Goalkeeper - Anderson/Trienens Turf Field
Join Northwestern Goalkeeper Trainer and former Pro, Ovidio Felcaro, for the goalkeeper-specific curriculum at the CSTC Camp. Players will be exposed to modern goalkeeper training techniques and coaching which will include (but is not limited to) footwork, basic handling, advanced handling, diving, cross management, distribution, and decision making. All goalkeepers will participate in a "college exposure" session at which ALL staff college coaches will be in attendance. Space in the Ovidio Felcaro Goalkeeper School is limited to ensure a personal experience for each camper. EcoEngineers - Bluff Lake Nature Center
EcoEngineers will investigate and discover how our planets natural power sources and renewable resources are at work right here at Bluff Lake. Daily hands-on activities, crafts, and experiments will guide campers in their exploration of solar, wind, and hydropower. Campers will use the energy from water and wind to sail hand-made boats as well as harness the power of the sun to cook a snack in a solar oven. This camp is for every kid with some energy to play and to build a strong future for themselves and the planet. All campers will learn from science experts, play learning games, make projects, meet new friends, cool off in Sand Creek and have supervised exploration time. RailHawks professional strikers will teach the fundamental skills of shooting, including instep drives, inside/outside of the foot shots, volleys, headers, and more.
