Positive Life Change
Although they mentioned "life changing" on their mission statement I though that was just advertising. It turns out this truly was a life changing summer for our daughter. She was also a sweet girl a little on the shy side. But this summer she seemed to blossom. She came home confident and eager to participate in activities at our church. Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp - Gig Harbor, WA
Join us for the kick off to our Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp. We will be doing baseline measurements to test speed, explosiveness, and strength. Then re test every 5 weeks. A makeup test will be performed on Tuesday, Maybe 21st at 4:30pm. Your child should arrive on time, with proper attire and footwear. Flat bottom shoes are preferred for lifting. They should be well hydrated and have eaten. They should also bring a water bottle. We have water to fill their bottles, but will not provide cups. We will go the full hour each day. We will split out time between inside and outside, so sunscreen may be needed. Parents and driving teens, please drive careful when coming up Foster, especially across the Cushman trail cross walk. Also, be aware of clients from classes before and after the camp coming and going. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and across the street in the grassy field.

Do you like tricky riddles, perplexing puzzles and baffling brain teasers? Give your problem solving skills a mind bending workout in this years Mystery Madness Camp. Well crack puzzles, unravel riddles and by the end of the week solve… The Big Mystery. By looking at the mystery from different angles, studying the clues and using our skills of observation, well deduce, decode and demystify our own Duke School whodunit! Satellite Prospect Camp @ East Coast - Northfield Mount Hermon School
The Satellite Prospect Camp offers boys, currently enrolled in 9th-12th grade, a positive developmental soccer environment. This camp will take place on the beautiful campus of Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill, MA. This location provides the opportunity for prospective student-athletes in the Northeast region to train and be evaluated by the University of Michigan soccer staff. Field Players and goalkeepers will work directly with the University of Michigan mens soccer staff to experience the daily training environment of the University of Michigan mens soccer program. The camp schedule will consist of on the field training, small sided and larger sided games, strength and conditioning and lectures regarding the recruiting process with academic and athletic components.
