Students will learn how to play basic drum, guitar, bass and piano riffs to various lyric-appropriate (parent-approved) rock/pop songs of their choice. Classes will include ear training, learning to read music notation, instrumental techniques, viewing music video clips for inspiration, and more! No experience necessary, but welcomed! Instruments will be provided to share, but bring any that you have from home. Time will be allotted each day for a snack and water break. A short performance will take place on Friday at the end of class from 11:40-Noon where students will have the opportunity to sing and/or play different instruments for the songs we have been developing throughout the week. 20% sibling discount. Join until Wednesday. SPECIALTY CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY Participants wishing to drop an enrichment class/specialty camp must contact Community Services at (760) 744-9000 x3501. Nowadays you're always cautious when it comes to placing your kids in the care of other adults. Thankfully there is Bishop Stoney Camp. One visit was all it took to put my mind at ease. I knew letting our boys go there for soccer camp was a good call. The counselors took good care of them making sure they didn't get into trouble and stayed focus on having wholesome fun. This is a "family friendly" service opportunity; however, much of the work is not suitable for young children. Scout troops and YM/YW are strongly encouraged to attend. Cabins are available at no cost for those wishing to go up the night before. Tent camping is also available. Reservations for both can be made online at: https://www.hulacocamp.org/newsite/
Ranger Kid Day Camp - Christmas, FL
Greetings Leaders, at our last Sectional Leaders meeting we decided to make up the Hurricane Matthew postponed RK Day Camp. We originally decided on January 21, 2017 but that date proved problematic so a consensus with a majority of Outpost Coordinators we have moved the date to February 18, 2017. The date was confirmed with Jungle Adventures today and the price of $12 per boy and adult will hold. The Boy price includes admission, event patch and craft, the adult price is for admission only. If an adult wants the patch it is $2.00 more. Everybody attending needs to have a sack lunch and drink which will be stored in coolers until the lunch break. The times are from 9:30am (registration), with entry to the park at 10am, we plan to conclude by 2pm. Questions should be directed to your Outpost Coordinator or if necessary you can contact Steve Bridges.

Siena Saints field hockey invites you to a fun, yet intense, camp designed to help you get ready for your season. We will help you improve your fundamental skills while you work to learn new elements of the game of field hockey that will take your game to the next level. Whether you are an elite player or trying out for your team for the first time, we want to help you reach your goals. This camp is for boys and girls ages 13-17, the cost is $320 per camper. A 15% discount is available to groups of eight (8) or more campers that must be done online with a group discount code. No additions will be allowed after the initial submission of a group.
