180 Snow Camp 2016 - Trenton, NJ
The cost of this year's Snow Camp is $90. New visitors who are not already attending a church youth group can attend for free! Please sign up in our lower foyer or have your friend who attends FBC or FCS sign you up. Just be sure to give them your adult t-shirt size. The registration process will include: checking in, turning in medical forms and making payments if not already done; and then receiving T-shirts and team assignments. This year, we have a military theme "Snow Wars" - Delta Force vs Navy Seals! We are in a battle! Once registration is completed and luggage is loaded, we will head out to High Point Camp (www.hpcamp.org). We will be stopping for dinner on the way Friday night. Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp - Gig Harbor, WA
Join us for the kick off to our Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp. We will be doing baseline measurements to test speed, explosiveness, and strength. Then re test every 5 weeks. A makeup test will be performed on Tuesday, Maybe 21st at 4:30pm. Your child should arrive on time, with proper attire and footwear. Flat bottom shoes are preferred for lifting. They should be well hydrated and have eaten. They should also bring a water bottle. We have water to fill their bottles, but will not provide cups. We will go the full hour each day. We will split out time between inside and outside, so sunscreen may be needed. Parents and driving teens, please drive careful when coming up Foster, especially across the Cushman trail cross walk. Also, be aware of clients from classes before and after the camp coming and going. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and across the street in the grassy field.
