Teen Horse Day Camp - Stewart, TN
Legend Acres summer camp sessions give horse loving boys and girls the opportunity to spend plenty of time with these wonderful animals. Campers are divided into groups, based on their ability, to provide riders with activities appropriate to their skill levels. In addition, campers take part in the daily grooming, tacking up and care of the horse or pony assigned to them. Campers also participate in activities that promote good horsemanship as well as arts and crafts , snacks and lunch included. We offer three summer camp programs, based on age. The first program is our Kiddie Camp, which is a wonderful experience for children ages 4-7. The camp runs for three consecutive days from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and is $375.00 for the week. Youth Camp, for ages 8 -11 runs for three consecutive days from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and is $375.00 per week. We look forward to seeing you at camp!! Basketball Week 8 - Knott Hall
Playing in a state-of-the-art field house, with four basketball courts, basketball camp at Loyola is designed to improve the fundamental offensive and defensive skills of each player in a fun, yet competitive setting. The camp is geared to improve the skills of the beginning player and the more advanced player. There are four basic goals of the camp: 1. Each camper has an enjoyable experience 2. Each camper loves the game more by the end of the week 3. Each camper improves his/her skills 4. Each camper learns how to continue that improvement after the camp. During the camp day, campers will participate in station sessions with work on fundamentals, 2 camp contests, 2 games, a shooting session, and 1 film or pool session. Loyolas varsity head coach, Josh Davalli, leads these camps. He was an all league player in the Baltimore Catholic League and played Division I basketball at Towson University. Just because its summer doesnt mean the learning has to stop. Bring your curiosity and check out our newest camp, High-5. We will explore fun activities to enrich your learning. From building projects to cooking and science experiments; Camp High-5 will blend traditional summer games, art & crafts with exciting, indepth, hands on theme based projects. High-5 is moving to a new location on site at Red Morton Community Center, with its very own fenced in playground and in room bathrooms. Come & taste the adventure! Campers will explore some basic cooking techniques and create their own culinary masterpieces from around the world.
