Instructor: Abel Bowlopolis camps offer a fun curriculum to ensure kids are having a great time while developing essential physical skills necessary for the sport of bowling. Coaches use a curriculum that is both age and skill level appropriate. This camp will take place at The Alley Indoor Entertainment, located at 11413 E. 13th St. Wichita, KS 67206. The VTO Sports Elite 100 gives top regional performers the opportunity to showcase their talents and skills against other top high school football players while being coached by a top notch staff. SOFTBALL CAMP - Adams Park
Lace up your cleats and get ready to play ball! Campers will learn the basics of pitching, catching, fielding, throwing, hitting and base running. Well spend the day working on skills, drills and techniques and then apply the fundamentals during scrimmages. Supplies: Campers should bring their own bat and glove, and a packed lunch with a beverage and plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. We recommend a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Threes (M/W/F) (birthdays between 9/1/12 and 8/31/13) - JCC ECP
Daily activities for children who are in the three-year-old program are based upon projects and units of study that are interesting and meaningful to those children. A balanced schedule provides experiences in group and individual settings and includes stories, music, language experiences, natural discovery, and inquisitive discussions that include research. Classrooms are arranged into centers that include educational toys, materials, and games based upon age appropriateness and the interests of the children. These include centers for books, blocks, sensory materials, art, puzzles and manipulatives, math, science, and dramatic play. Children have the opportunity to work and play in these centers individually, with a friend, or in small groups. Choosing centers provides practice in making decisions, following directions, working independently, and learning about the care and use of materials. Outside time offers opportunities for gross motor development (including climbing, running, jumping, pedaling, and building), social interactions, as well as a chance to experience weather and seasons. Children can also experiment with sand and water during these outside periods. Daily group times provide opportunities for your child to learn in a large group setting. 2016 Big Man Camp - Memorial Stadium
This camp emphasizes development of the basic fundamentals of offensive and defensive line play – technique and concepts. The camp includes drills, technique work and 1-on-1 competitions. Campers will be grouped according to age/grade, height, and ability level. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested at least seven days prior to the start of camp will be issued a full refund less a $15 non-refundable deposit. Fancy Fun - Old Trail School
Campers will enjoy some girl time, Fancy Nancy style! Each day will begin by reading a Fancy book and keeping a journal of Fancy new words. Campers will make fancy crafts and pamper themselves with painted fingers and toes. They will make tutus, hair accessories and jewelry and other fancy things and will end the week with a fantastically fancy tea party!
