Brought to you by the C.A.R.E. Actor (creative awareness responsive education) program, comes alive as we act out storybooks and make our own costumes and props using a variety of art materials! In his camp, students will experience how the theater arts and fine arts go hand in hand while discussing topics such as respect, kindness, and peace through storybooks. This class will have a final presentation on the last day of camp. Come join us this summer! SAA Cheer Stars - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
Dance, tumble & cheer your way into the school year! This is an introduction to basics class developed to strengthen skills for aspiring cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts. Each class will cover tumbling skills, build proper jump shapes, and strengthen core & leg muscles. Students will be introduced to turning and leaping, and mini trampoline fundamentals. Cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, and handsprings are all basics to which dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts aspire. Dance basics will be introduced as girls learn to turn and leap with proper technique. Participation awards will be given to everyone on our show off day May 18th, the last 30 minutes of class.
