SharpeSkills Fitness Camp is designed for youth of all athletic levels who are looking for a challenge. The program pushes kids past their usual limitations and helps them reach their highest fitness goals. The camp focuses on long distance running, parachute sprinting, hand and eye coordination techniques, agility, and resistance training using the TRX body-weight exercise straps along with the RIP trainer exercise resistance pole, and mixed martial arts training. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water, and wear sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION (for Santa Monica Residents only) runs March 2 (6 am) through March 8. Outside Exploits March 18 – April 29, 2015 (No Class 4/1 or 4/22) Climbing rocks, building sand castles, and erecting stick structures are some of kids favorite activities to do outside.
