Snowed In Youth Retreat - Annville, KY
Hey there campers! We will be having a retreat out at camp for 6TH-12TH GRADE! Arrival time is at 6:30. We will be doing dinner that evening and then have a lot of games and activities planned. Brunch will be served the next morning. Check out time will be by 11:00am on Saturday. The cost is $10 per person. If your youth group plans to attend please have your Youth Leader get a hold of me. Summer Clay Camp: Full Day (Week 3) - El Marino Park
Join us for clay and art camp at El Marino Park and enjoy an exciting and creative experience. We will learn how clay is made and used in many cultures around the world and explore working with clay using a variety of techniques and equipment like the slab roller and pottery wheel in addition to the clay work, camp will include special art projects such as mixed media sculpture drawing acrylic painting water color and fiber art. Book Trailers (3 & 4) - TBD
Popular childrens stories will be read as a group. Club members will then be asked to find the important parts of the book to begin creating their very own movie trailer. Concepts such as characters, setting, plot, main idea, and problem will be taught and practiced as we read and as they create their trailer.
