Held on Lake Quinsigamond, this program offers instruction for high school athletes of all levels—from advanced skill development targeted toward competitive rowing to introduction of the basics. Whether you are already a competitive rower or a novice hoping to take your first strokes, you will receive first-class instruction appropriate to your individual development within a positive and enjoyable environment. How Are Staff Members At Camp Trained?
During staff training, counselors and other staff members are trained in basic youth development, behavior management and common issues, group formation, diversity and cultural competency. Common issues like homesickness are also touched on, and counselors are reminded of the importance of encouraging youth to reach their full potential. The camp’s culture and mission as well as the schedule and related activities are also explained in full detail. Additionally, staff learn basic first aid and how to manage different emergencies.

Our Christian summer camp has been impacting the lives of young people and adults for Christ. Those 4 days are full of non-stop excitement! Choose from a wide variety of daily recreational activities, hang out with your new friends, and discover what’s in the Bible for you. Every day is action-packed from sun up until lights out, with incredible food and counselors who rock. This year we are going to Epworth By the Sea which is absolutely beautiful. The Day Camps will emphasize fundamental skill development. The daily program will feature individual attention, small group instruction, contests and competitions, including 5-on-5 play. This is a campers unique opportunity to experience the University of Dayton Mens Basketball program up close. Campers will put their lab coats on as they bust myths and create minor explosions...
