Beach Volleyball Camp - Moonlight Beach
Beach volleyball legend, Sinjin Smith, plus his qualified staff of local San Diego area coaches, are ready to pass down years of knowledge to you! Throughout the summer, Sinjin will drop by periodically to work with campers. The camp is structured so that all campers will receive proper instruction based upon their individual skill levels. This camp will cover all of the fundamentals, teach specialized drills and supervised games will be played. Everyone will receive a Beach Volleyball camp T-shirt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Campers should apply sun screen prior to camp. Please bring water,some snacks and comfortable clothing to wear at camp. Beach volleyball camps will be using portable netting sytems located near snack shop. Redstone Engineering and Minecraft Modding - Ethical Culture
Young engineers will level up their creative knowledge with our custom educational version of Minecraft. Well show them how to design and build with redstone, the information and electricity conducting material in Minecraft that can be used to teach students fundamental concepts of electrical and mechanical engineering, engineering design theory, and logic skills. Well use redstone circuitry to complete various projects that might involve moving devices, functional computing machines, or even audio visual sequences based on basic programing logic, all while the students are in a virtual world of their making. Minecraft becomes a powerful learning tool as we help guide our young makers into new discoveries about engineering, circuitry, computing, and design. 3D Printing - United Faith Christian Academy
One of the hottest new trends, 3D printing is perfect for prototyping, CAD development skills, and is just plain fun! 3D printers work by following a computers digital instructions to print an object using materials such as plastic, ceramics and metal. The printing process involves building up an object one layer at a time until its complete. This is an interactive camp designed to teach campers how to optimize designs and create a three-dimensional object of almost any shape from a 3D model. Campers will learn about CAD (computer assisted design), modeling and prototyping, the history of 3D printing, and how businesses and entrepreneurs are using 3D printers for everyday applications.
