The visual art program will give your child the opportunity to explore artistic expression through visual media. We encourage and welcome all ages and ability levels, providing an environment supporting each individual artist. Friday afternoons will feature an exhibition of each artists favorite masterpieces in a gallery open to fellow camp-goers, friends, and family. SURGE YOUTH CAMP - Mount Vernon, GA
Grades 7th-12th This camp is an overnight camp at Brewton Parker College. Campers will be in small groups with friends and participate in mission projects and team building activities together throughout the week. Go here to print registration form: http://bit.ly/2575Ofc Total Cost: $165.00 and includes 4 nights, 11 meals, t-shirt, tote bag, a drawing for a Fire Tablet, and other items throughout the week. Fee to be paid in full at time of registration or you may pay an $80.00 nonrefundable deposit, and the rest on July 18th. All campers whose applications are completed (and at least deposit paid) and returned to the DBA office by July 1st will be eligible for a Kindle Fire Drawing and other door prizes.

For rising 4th- 6th grade students We can have fun AND learn as we bring words to life through dramatic play! Campers will enhance reading fluency by writing and participating in a drama together. Scratch Programming - Hopkins Campus
Scratch is dynamic and intuitive programming software that enables students to animate scenes, create interactive games and more. Students will learn and review basic programming principles and design creative animations and simple, fun games. They will explore how variables, lists and sensing blocks can create more complex, interactive programs. Rug Hoking & Rug Punching - Susan Buswell - Marshfield Branch
Learn the art of rug hooking or rug punching. Start with a trivet, chair seat or a wall hanging. Susan uses yarns that range from angora to wool and sometimes adds sparkly embroidery cord. Rug hooking is one of the most durable and inexpensive crafts to learn. 781-834-8371

Using slabs and colorful decoration make a Fairy Door to attract wee beings to the Art Center! The Fairy Doors will be installed on the Adrian Center for the Arts campus and premiered at our Spring Fling on May 1, 1-5pm. You will be able to take your door home the week after the event to install at your house, garden, or favorite location. All materials and firing supplied. 517-265-1651
