I think in this day and age it's so important for girls to have the opportunity to bond with other girls without distraction. Yes, I'm talking about boys and texting! What's amazing is that our daughter didn't seem to miss either this summer. She came back from Alpengirl so confident and self-assured. She's also eating a lot more salad. UH Campus Rec Kid's Triathlon - Houston, TX
Hey guys. We are in need of volunteers to help out at the Kid's Triathlon the university is hosting. This is a fun all day event on April 19th with several volunteer shifts to help fit your schedule! If you'd like to help make this a great experience for the young ones, please comment/post on this event telling us when you can volunteer. The shifts are: - 4:45am - 9am (this will entail mostly set up and concessions) - 9am – 1pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 1pm – 4pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 4pm – 7pm (concessions, tear down and help with trash pick-up during event) The more volunteers we get to help out with the event the better it helps support the club. We hope all of you can come out and help with this amazing event. Invite your friends and family as well! See y'all there!

Youth Softball & Baseball Fundamentals Camp by Josh Newman - South Web
Instructor : Josh Newman currently the Assistant Baseball Coach for Marshall University and formerly with the Colorado Rockies and the KC Royals. This camp is open to all boys and girls, ages 7-12 in all school districts. Josh will be covering the fundamentals of the game for softball and baseball. Advance Registration and payment must be received no later than June 6th to guarantee a spot at camp and a tshirt. *Early Registration is $35 per athlete and must be received by June 1st and includes lunch and a tshirt. *after June 1st Group registration of 10 or more players for $45 per player and $40 for siblings. Each group of 10 will receive the 11th player free. We request that your 11th player be need based. Individual Registration fees are $50 for the first child and $40 for each additional child in the same family. Please make checks payable to South Webster Little League. The Princeton Womens Soccer Summer ID Camp is designed for players entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2016 who have a desire to play collegiate soccer and specifically at Princeton University. Prospective student-athletes will be trained by Head Coach Sean Driscoll and his staff. Players will have the opportunity to work with and be evaluated by the Princeton Womens Soccer staff in a number of different soccer environments including technical training, small sided games, functional training, and full-sided games. Camp training activities will be comparable to the training conducted for the Princeton Womens Soccer Team. Morning sessions will consist of technical training and small sided game that work on speed of play and decision making within the game. Afternoon sessions will develop the ideas from the morning in a bigger environment. Night sessions will be full sided games with coaching/instruction from the staff coaches. (609) 258-3369
