The Chesterfield Public Education Fund Proudly Sponsors After School Activities ____________________________________________________________________________ The CPEF is once again pleased to offer the after school activities club program for the Fall 2014 Session. This will start on September 29th and conclude on November 3rd. Each club will meet 5 times during this period. Clubs are available to students in grades 2 through 6. Please review the club descriptions to see what options are available for your child. Registration is only available online, please do not send anything via mail or email. Clubs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and fill up quickly! Once a session is filled it will no longer be available on the web site. Enrollment will be open September 19th @ 7pm and conclude at midnight September 23th. All clubs are $35. All payments are due upon registration. You will receive confirmation of enrollment via email. All club notifications will be sent via email. If a club is cancelled for any reason (i.e. inclement weather) there will be no make-ups. If any one club has more than one cancellation you will receive a $10.00 refund.... 609-298-6900

Kid's Campout with the Prickly Pear Living History Museum - San Antoni
Do you want to help your kids build a connection to nature, but aren’t sure how? Do you struggle to get them away from screens? On March 19th and 20th Government Canyon State Natural Area and the Prickly Pear Living History Museum will be co-hosting a camping event for kids ages 10-16 and their parents. No screens allowed, but no one will be bored. Instead, we’ll talk about how local Native Americans survived and thrived in the same places we now call our home. For hands-on learning we’ll have reproduction tools, weapons, and natural resources for everyone to explore. Along the way, kids discover how to be hike leaders and why it’s important to be good caretakers of the land. We’ll provide most of the equipment. Maximum of two kids and two adults per group, so that more kids can enjoy the experience. Space is limited to 12 people. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED! Our last event filled up fast. Extreme Adventure Camp - Butler Campus
Extreme Adventure Camp is a two week coed camp for incoming 7th and 8th graders. The first week consists of adventurous activities and field trips based out of our Butler Campus. Field trips include indoor rock climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking / paddle boarding. There will also be numerous activities and adventure games at Butler Campus, including our Project Adventure high ropes challenge course. (Campers must bring their own bike and be proficient in cycling and swimming.) Week 1 will prepare students for our Extreme Adventure Trip (June 20 - 24) in Fayetteville, West Virginia, where campers will camp in tents, go rafting, rock climbing, and go on the tree top canopy tour and zip lines! *Please note participants must be twelve years old at the time of camp; demonstrate the ability to follow directions; and complete a skills assessment before going on the West Virginia trip. 216-455-0154
