How Are Emergency Situations Handled?
Emergency action plans are in place, reviewed with staff and practiced to ensure that campers are safe. These plans focus on everything from weather and health issues to missing camper or medical emergencies. All staff members, regardless of their role, are trained in these procedures to ensure everyone is on the same page. Your children are in safe hands! If there is an issue, the staff will make sure to call the parents to make sure they are updated on all medical action taken or a weather-related situation like a bad storm. Teen Father-Daughter Outdoor Adventure - Columbus, OH
6th – 12th Grade Girl Scouts and the male adult of their choice are invited to come share an Outdoor Adventure hosted by the Girl Scouts Rocky Fork Service Unit Come and hang out with other Girl Scouts and their dads. Kid's Sports Camp - Delta, CO
For kids entering 1st-5th grades. Cost is only $15 and includes snacks and a shirt. Camp will be held June 8-11, from 9-11:30AM at Delta Hight School (1400 Pioneer Road.) Teen Leadership Summit - Seattle, WA
Join Camp Fire for a daylong conference just for teens to build leadership skills that will prepare you for the school year ahead. Workshop sessions may include topics such as communication, goal setting, mindset management, teamwork, leadership style and the impact of service learning. This event is a great way to learn about Camp Fire programs like Teens in Action or the Spring Break Road Trips and kick-off the year ahead! Camp Fire will also present information about how to begin earning your Wohelo Award, the highest achievement in Camp Fire. Find your youth voice and learn to put it into action! Prior experience in Camp Fire, Camp Sealth, or program membership is not required. Lunch and all workshop materials will be provided by Camp Fire and is included in your registration fee. Teen Coding camp 2 - Saint John, WA
We have schedule a second computer coding camp for July 18 @ 1:00 for grades 6-12. Part 2 is a two-hour camp that introduces teens to robotics engineering with a line patterning RedBot. Teens will add to coding skills learned in Part 1 to instruct RedBot to follow simple to complex line patterns. The Advanced Camp offers serious game improvement for the serious junior golfer. Your child will be immersed in language, culture and pure fun in this camp led by Laurel World Languages faculty and counselors who are fluent in the language. Languages are offered in an immersion setting to give campers the foundation they need to enter a language class at their grade level. While cooking tapas, crepes or egg rolls, our students spontaneously use their target language to request flavors, colors, and what they like and dont like.
