First off, forgetting to pack a toothbrush or comb is very common. Summer camps are always fully equipped to handle such issues. These programs and their talented staff will not allow children to go hungry or without important items like toiletries. There are usually extra items on site for youth to wear.

Whitetail Resort's Kid's Adventure Camps - Mercersburg, PA
This day camp for children ages 7-12 offers an opportunity to experience many outdoor activities throughout the day. Campers arrive each morning ready to get outside and expand their horizons. They start the day with a game of kickball or a snack of fruit before heading to their first session. Each camper is placed with a group of peers to experience these adventure based programs. From navigating the resort with a compass to paddling kayaks on the reservoir, they are certain to work up an appetite. A healthy lunch is provided at our Tubing Lodge for their mid-day break before resuming activities in the afternoon. After lunch, it’s back to the woods for an archery lesson or to build wilderness huts. At the end of the day, campers return to the lodge for a snack and free time with their new friends before heading home. Get adventurous this summer! Counselor In Training (CIT) Camp - Camp Talahi
Being a counselor-in-training (CIT) is a leadership opportunity for high school students. CITs lead younger campers during their camp sessions, helping younger kids make friends, try new things, and have a great time. CIT camp is an opportunity learn all the skills it takes to be an amazing counselor, from leading songs and games to public speaking, time management and group leadership. Being a CIT is one of the best experiences at Camp Talahi! You must attend this training week to be a CIT for summer 2016. At camp, CITs will be assigned to 1-3 additional camp sessions to volunteer at! 810-844-1499
Full Day Wk3 - NonRes - Epping Forest Clubhouse
The full day option lasts from 9 am to 4 pm and is available for the Rockfish and Blue crabs age groups only (ages 6-12). Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). The activities will be led by our energized college-age counselors or Program Directors. In the morning, we will offer options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. From 12 to 1:30, we will have lunch and a series of activities that children can choose from to relax and take a breather during what is typically the hottest time of the day. Options include Legos, indoor board games, or free swim time. LUNCH IS PROVIDED every day and will include a fruit or vegetable with every meal. If your child has dietary restrictions, you will need to provide his/her lunch.
