Canyon Creek is just about an hour’s drive outside LA and I’m really glad we took our kids. They learned a lot about several different sports and seemed to be really excited when we picked them up. It is near a large lake and is a beautiful area. The camp was huge and had many sporting facilities. All of the equipment seemed to be new and the camp counselors were great with the kids. A.T.T.A.S Youth Basketball Camp - Houston, TX
America's Talent Tutoring Adolescent Services is hosting it's first annual summer camp. We will be utilizing basketball as a platform to discuss health and fitness. The camp will also focus on the realities that we face in the world such as bullying, interaction with law enforcement, individual life skills abilities. With the right type of foundation being provided our youth will have insurmountable success and the desire to pursue secondary and post secondary education. The summer camp will assist parents by providing support and resources parents can utilize to keep an idle mind occupied.

Inviting all young talents (6-18yr) to attend an afternoon of learning and fun! This camp is designed for beginner to intermediate dancers. Our focus will be: "Mambo" and "Samba" -Learn Balance -Timing -Transitions -Movement -Partnering -Teamwork The camp will be broken into section classes. Youth will be taught a fun choreography during the camp, having the option to perform at a later date. Our 3rd day of camp, the students will prepare some fun and festive appitizers perfect for New Year's Eve! They will get to take home a selction to share with family and friends while ringing in the new year. Kid-friendly favorites such as pigs in a blanket, meatballs, cheese straws, and homemade ranch dip for veggies. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Learning areas: history, social studies, science, math, kitchen safety. Limit: 10 students Suggested ages: 6+ (younger are welcome with adult helper present) Warning: not an allergy-free event! Nuts will be present as well as wheat. Cost: $15 per child, per class.

Let the experts from the Family Community Theater teach you about stage performances in this one week camp. Then show off what you learned with a small performance on the final day. Kids Create! Session I: August 1 – 5, 2016 Session II: August 8 – 12, 2016 Ages 5 to 12 | commuter only | online application deadline: July 1, 2016 Fill your childs summer days with music, dance, theater, and visual arts. Children develop their imaginations and skills through drawing, painting, collage, movement, music, improvisational theater, creative dramatics, and playwriting. Classes are taught by professional musicians and artists from Rutgers Universitys Mason Gross School of the Arts. Each weeks offerings are unique, so children may participate in one or both weeks. Camp weeks end with showcases, giving students the opportunity to perform for their families. No prior experience needed. KHK: Cowboy Overnight Camp - SD Discovery Center
Qualified staff, experienced horses and a rodeo and roping arena will be the setting for this camp. The atmosphere will encourage campers to advance their riding skills, expand their horsemanship knowledge and enjoy riding. All campers will get to try their hand at rodeo and roping events. Instruction will be provided and all level of riders will be accommodated. Math and science concepts will be integrated into all skill development for campers. Everyone will ride and learn horse and ranch routines. This is an overnight camp. Chuck wagon/Campfire cooking will occur, (weather permitting). Bring a sleeping bag, overnight bag, long pants, sturdy shoes or boots, sunscreen and a jacket. Riding Helmets will be provided.
