DebateAble - DebateAble
DebateAble is an after-school debate club program for 4th and 5th graders - no debate experience necessary! DebateAble operates as a separate debate club at each school, providing children with the opportunity to learn critical thinking skills, empathy, analysis, and public speaking in a fun and positive environment. Using teamwork, games, research materials and practice debates, students are taught to formulate, support and present arguments -- as well as listen, understand and respong to the arguments of others. 206-910-7135

April Vacation: Artists Studio - Barn Art Classroom
The Artists Studio is geared toward those students who are serious about visual arts. Their day will include studio time with a professional artist learning to work with acrylic, ceramics, watercolor, pastels and pencil drawing. Please bring a snack and water bottle each day. Cavalier Battalion Airsoft - 3 weeks - Airsoft @ The Heights
Experience airsoft Heights style! Acres of woods, forts, and airsoft battles: a recipe for a one of a kind camp experience. Each day the boys will be engaged in a different themed airsoft battle/game, while learning team building and leadership skills. At the start of camp the boys will be divided into brigades, these will be their brothers in arms for the remainder of the week. The brigades first challenge will be to take and pass a gun safety course, where the boys will learn how to properly and safely handle an airsoft weapon. After that the fun begins. The boys will be building their own fortifications that they will be defending each day. Battles will include: elimination, capture the flag, lone survivor among others. Each brigade will also compete in airsoft challenge games which include marksmanship, quick draw, target discernment, just to name a few. Throughout the week the boys will likewise learn about some of the greatest battles and military heroes of our time. Cost includes 5,000 rounds of ammunition. To bring: Airsoft weapon, safety goggles and mask. These can also be rented for the week. $75 for the weapon $20 for safety goggles and mask. Long sleeves... 301-365-4300

Challenger Sports British Soccer Camps First Kicks - Meineke Recreation Center (MRC)
These camps include technical and tactical instruction in all areas including goal keeping. Emphasis is placed on individual ball control and skill development through a coaching mix of maximum participation, progressive practices and small side games. Fee includes a ball and T-shirt. Golden Goal - This special bonus camp session is only open to campers who have also signed up for the 9 a.m-noon Half Day camp program. Soccer Camp - Fun in the Sun! - Jack Jackter Intermediate School
The focus for the young ones is fun and exciting games to build confidence and teach the fundamentals of soccer. Players cover ball familiarization, small group dynamics, coordination skills and social interaction, all with maximum participation in a fun oriented environment. The program lasts 3 hours a day for 5 days. Each child receives a t-shirt and certificate at the end of the week!
