LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Global Premier Soccer Session 2 - North Yarmouth Academy
Global Premier Soccer-Maine and NYA will partner to offer a comprehensive soccer program on NYAs campus for students ages 8-13. Each day will focus on a different aspect of the game including passing and receiving, ball control, attacking/defending principles and shooting. The camp will conclude with a mini World Cup tournament on Friday afternoon which parents will be encouraged to attend. Alongside this, we will be running a Coaches Challenge where the students will compete against their coaches with prizes on the line. Emergency action plans are in place, reviewed with staff and practiced to ensure that campers are safe. These plans focus on everything from weather and health issues to missing camper or medical emergencies. All staff members, regardless of their role, are trained in these procedures to ensure everyone is on the same page.

This annual leadership training camp is a gathering of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, allied, and intersex (LGBTQQAAI) designed and created by youth activists and allies who are dedicated to defeating homophobia and transphobia and creating brave, supportive schools for everyone. Camp is driven by young people. Natures Play - Connolly Ranch
At Natures Play we engage together in the great outdoors. The trees, gardens, trails and animals at Connolly Ranch provide an array of experiences allowing big and little people to play and learn together in nature. Classes will include music, creative movement, imaginative play, art and hands-on activities. Parent/guardian participation is required. 707-224-1894
Spanish Immersion Camp: Wild and Wacky STEAM (Half Day) - Avenues New York
The half-day language immersion camp for nursery is a perfect introduction to Avenues unique teaching style, paired with the fun of summer. It will accommodate all levels of knowledge and experience in the target languages, serving as a bridge for incoming Avenues students and a learning opportunity for families who have been curious about immersion study. All families are invited to join our workshare on the last day of each session, which will showcase how much campers have accomplished and what a strong community they have built! Children must be fully toilet-trained and must have experienced separation prior to the start of camp. Take an adventure outside the harbor for a day of surfing on Rhode Island Beaches. Test your core strength, balance and fitness in this paddling adventure. Challenge yourself with new skills, play SUP & Yak games, and enjoy the company of friends while exploring our local waters. Classes will combine stretching and fitness with fun and adventure. Fast Feet Soccer Camp - Main Campus
Calling out to all soccer fans! Mr. Jones will be hosting a week long soccer camp! Join in for a fun-filled week of soccer! The camp will be designed around the different age groups enjoying the game. Children want to play, so we will have as much game-time as possible, but skills and rules must be learnt to develop. So, we will include micro sessions before and after every game we play, so that the students are getting small doses of really important knowledge to improve their game, making it manageable and retainable. One of the features of the camp would be to watch a short clip of a famous soccer legend at the start of every day. The days session would be based on some of the moves and plays the legend performed during the clip. This would strengthen the key training objectives for the day, and hopefully, encourage the students to mimic and possibly become supporters of these legends. 6159487005.0
Little Art 10 - Cosmic Arts - Artists Exchange
Lets make paintings on the moon where the sky is the limit in this week devoted to art in outer space! Planets, droids, space ships, constellations, astronauts, aliens and martians will be the inspiration for art of galactic proportions. Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475
