MAS Youth Summer Camp! August 7th-9th - Junction City, KS
WHEN IS THE CAMP? The camp will, Insha'Allah, be from Friday, August 7th - Sunday, August 9th. WHERE WILL THE CAMP TAKE PLACE? Rock Springs 4-H Center in Junction City, KS. It is about 2 - 2.5 hours away from Kansas City. Transportation will be provided, Insha'Allah. (Please see details below.) WHO MAY ATTEND THE CAMP? Young youth boys and girls ages 11-18 only. WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE CAMP? The cost is $90 per child by July 24th midnight. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110/per child. Registration space is limited. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER? For the early registration discount, register by Friday, July 24th. After July 24th, the cost will go up to $110 instead of $90. The last day to register is Friday, July 31st. Registration will close after July 31st or before if all spots have been filled. WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FOR THE CAMP? Youth Guys Camping Trip - Nashville, IN
We are going to be taking the guys of the youth group on a camping trip to Yellow Wood State Forest campground. If there is a Dad(s) that is wishing to attend please talk to Jason and Josh Brown as soon as possible. We plan to leave the Church at 4:00 PM on May 13th, so please plan to be at the Church at 3:30 PM if possible. The cost for this event is $20/Person which takes care of your food and campsite fees. This event is open to both high school, and middle school guys and the deadline for money and paperwork will be May 1st at 8 PM. We will also be sending out a packing list a little bit later on. You can sign-up either on Facebook or on the sign-up sheet on Sunday night.

Election Day Camp- Kids - Lafayette, LA
School is out for Election Day! Don’t stress, Nutty Scientists has you covered with an All-Day Camp filled with Interactive Workshops, Scienceful Art Projects, and Cool Inventions! You can either purchase camp time by the hour for $5 per hour or you can purchase the whole day! $45 w/ Lunch/Snack/Juice. $40 w/ NO Lunch/Snack/ Nor Juice. Lunch will be Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza and we will supply juice and snack. If you select the NO LUNCH option you MUST provide Lunch & Snack. We have a water fountain but you may also send juice or water! PLEASE do not send any type of nuts to Nutty Scientists with your child. We have many little ones with nut allergies! If you are registering hourly, choose number of tickets per hour you are registering for. Example: You want 3 hours, select 3 tickets next to hourly pass. Ages accepted is 5-11! Time: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm 9:00am – 10:00am is drop off. The door will remain locked until 9:00am. This is considered an “early drop-off” to cater to more parents getting to work. Since opening in 1985, we have become the largest after school program in Braintree and have developed a strong foundation within the community. We currently provide children in preschool through grade 7, with the opportunity to play and learn in a safe and caring environment. Using LEGOs New EV3 Space challenge Set and Activity Pack, campers are introduced to robotics with a very current and real-world theme-traveling and living on Mars! Campers will work as scientists and engineers as they progress though a set of lessons, challenges, and projects that fully integrate science, technology, engineering, and math concepts while prompting creative problem solving, communication, and teamwork. Campers will learn the basics of gears to help them apply physical science and math principles to build effective robots. They will also progress through a series of missions in which they investigate, observe, calculate, and apply their knowledge to solve specific tasks.
