Watauga Kid Fish & Campout - Watauga, TX
Come out to Watauga's Capp Smith Park to enjoy a fun evening with the family, fishing and camping out under the stars! Poles and bait will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. Don't forget your tent and camping gear! Fishing Derby Age Divisions: 6 & Under, 7-11, 12-16. Prizes will be awarded. We will have a few food vendors on site to purchase dinner & treats. A Free Breakfast will be provided for the overnight campers the following morning at 7:30AM. You MUST pre register for the campout by Thursday, September 16 in order to receive the free breakfast. Space is limited for breakfast. Also, the River Church will be at the event giving away free clothing!! Make sure to stop by to visit them.

Diamond Valley/Pomona Steelers Youth Football Camp - North Pomona, CA
$5 Camp hosted by the Diamond Valley/Pomona Steelers focusing on every aspect of the game. Skills training, conditioning & Great Football Knowledge being given to anyone who shows up ages 5-14. Folsom Teen Bible Boot Camp 2016 - Folsom, CA
The church of Christ in Folsom, California will be hosting a free Bible study for teenagers and college students during the weekend of April 15-17, 2016. We usually hold this annual Bible study on the third weekend in April (except when Easter falls on that weekend, and then another April weekend is selected). During this weekend, participants will attend a Friday night singing and a Bible study on Saturday morning and afternoon. The age group for visitors at this event is current high school students (9th to 12th grades) and college-aged young people. Participants are encouraged to come Friday night and stay through Sunday morning services at the Folsom church of Christ. Members of the church are willing to open their homes on Friday and Saturday for lodging, and overnight arrangements will be organized by grade level and gender. If you would like to attend, please complete the online registration form by Saturday, April 9th at: http://folsom.cierecloud.com/forum/about/ or on the Folsom congregation’s website. Please feel free to forward this to others in your congregation, grandchildren, friends, etc. and have their young people join us.

Robots, Gagets & Gizmos - Spring - Adams Elementary
Held in Computer Lab. Held in Computer Lab With our high tech Samsung tablets, Lego WeDo Robotics kits and software, and Simple & Motorized Machines, our curriculum challenges kids to design and construct robots and 3-D innovations individually and as a team Students construct machines, program robots, build gadgets, gizmos, structures, and vehicles, and assemble electronics. Projects are different for fall, winter and spring sessions and do not repeat. Through these integrated STEAM projects, students gain problem-solving skills; develop spatial awareness and a basic understanding of geometry, physics, coding, design, and robotics. Summer Camp @ La Pintoresca Group C (11-12) - City of Pasadena
This is a 6 week camp that will run from June 27-August 5 from 8-6 pm. (Excluding 4th of July) This traditional camp is high-quality, fun and affordable. Activities include arts and crafts, physical fitness games and challenges, dance, visits to the onsite library at La Pintoresca Park and swimming. Campers play basketball, soccer, volleyball and softball. Instruction is also offered in golf and tennis. Campers are escorted to Robinson Park Recreation Centers swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Staff go into the water with the campers and certified lifeguards are always present. Fun field trips are often the highlight of the week. Trips are an additional charge and are scheduled for once a week. This camp is a good fit for active campers who like sports and group activities. The ratio of staff to campers is 1 to 10. Campers are grouped by age, and lunch and a snack are provided. Camp culminates in the annual War Games in which Washington Park Camp and La Pintoresca Park Camps compete in a series of challenges to determine an annual camp champion.
