My son looks forward to this camp every year!
Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy summer camps as well as anyone else does. My 10 year old son is intellectually delayed. He looks forward to this camp every summer. In fact, he keeps asking us how many days until camp? He likes to swim, make crafts, sing and learn new skills at summer camp. DETAILS Michael Crabtree's 4th Annual Youth Mini Camp Powered by: The Dallas Park and Recreation Department WHO: Michael Crabtree, NFL wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders, is hosting his fourth annual Michael Crabtree Annual Youth Mini Camp. Crabtree will be joined by more than 20 other NFL players. WHAT: The mini-camp is designed to help participants develop and improve their football skills, sportsmanship and teamwork, while building confidence both on-and-off the field. Campers of all levels will be coached by the pros, college stars and football coaches from the area. Instruction will focus on the team concept of football and fundamental skills. Registration for camp is FREE and is limited to the first 300 registrants. Each camper will receive a Jordan Brand T-Shirt, Jordan Brand Bag, free lunch. Campers will also provided lunch. Robotics Adventures - College Prep Middle
Robotics Adventures – (5th Grade) Students will build a Robot using Mindstorms robotics equipment. Students will then learn how to program and manipulate the Robot with coding on a laptop. There is a limit to 16 children for the class. The curriculum for the Robotics Club is different for each quarter, allowing for new material to be added per quarter. But the different curriculum also allows for new students to join in without having had previous Robotics experience. Students do not need to bring anything to the Club. Commuter - Goalkeeper - Long Field
Join Northwestern Goalkeeper Trainer and former Pro, Ovidio Felcaro, for the goalkeeper-specific curriculum at the Commuter Camp. Players will be exposed to modern goalkeeper training techniques and coaching which will include (but is not limited to) footwork, basic handling, advanced handling, diving, cross management, distribution, and decision making. Space in the Ovidio Felcaro Goalkeeper school is limited to ensure a personal experience for each camper. (Grades 4-12, will be divided according to age and skill level) 847-491-4392
