Students who will be in the 9th or greater in the fall of 2016 are eligible to attend. Our high school camps are designed to give each individual athlete a solid foundation in the basic football fundamentals needed to excel at his specific position. LSU Head Football Coach Les Miles directs this program with assistance from his staff and guest coaches. This means you will receive the same expert coaching that every LSU player receives. Join us after class for our special, annual Kid's Do Strollfit Class. All kids are welcome to bring a push toy (stroller, lawn mower, grocery cart, etc.). They can put a doll or stuffed animal in it to ride around. After class, the kids will do their own verson of Baby Boot Camp - Norman. It is sooooo cute. They learn so much by watching us, why not let them show off? Older Kids (usually age 3ish...), here is the list of exercises you can teach. Moms, please work with your child and help them show the exercise to the group and then do 5 reps. Sebastian: High Knees Whitely: Burpees Lanie: squats Cooper: push ups Who else wants to teach??? Just let me know and I will add them and their exercise. Also!! There is a prize for the best decorated push toy!!

Oasis Summer Camp in the Mountains: ADOPTED - Gatlinburg, TN
Oasis in the Mountains: ADOPTED Students (Grades 7-12) are invited to join us for our annual Summer Camp from Jully 22-25. Registration is open and you can register at www.mbcpetal.com Camp will be held at Wafloy Retreat Center in the mountains of Tennessee. Our speaker this year will be Kevin Cooper and music will be led by the Christ Layton Band. Cost is $275 which includes a deposit of $75 to reserve your spot. Space is limited so register as soon as possible. Deadline to register is May 8.

Summer Camp - Week #2 Outdoor Explorers Adventure is out there! At least thats what my friend Russell told me. This week will be full of fun outdoor activities! Learn how to use a compass to find treasure, build the perfect campfire, and make some awesome crafts from items found in the great outdoors. We will head to the St. Louis Zoo for our field trip, and supply food for our fantastic food Friday! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are paying a deposit of $20 to reserve your week, the remainder of the payment will automatically set to be deducted from your credit card the Monday of the week before the camp begins. This upbeat camp will incorporate learning both cheerleading and dance skills. Designed for grades K-5, this camp focuses on the basics of jumping, tumbling, chants, motion technique, dancing, and more! Choose any five weeks for your child to attend. Additional weeks may be added later by contacting the Director at the established rate. Weeks CANNOT be added at the rate difference between each available session program. For example, if you register for three weeks and then decide to add two additional weeks, the cost WILL NOT be the difference between the three week program and the five week program.
