PCM Softball Youth Camp - 2nd and 3rd grade - Prairie City, IA
What: PCM Softball invites future softball athletes in grades 2-6 to the 1st Annual PCM Softball Youth Camp. Athletes will receive instruction from high school student athletes and coaches. When: Grades 2nd & 3rd on March 6th, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Grades 4th – 6th on March 13th, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Cost: Registration is $20 (includes T-Shirt). Kid's Do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Join us after class for our special, annual Kid's Do Strollfit Class. All kids are welcome to bring a push toy (stroller, lawn mower, grocery cart, etc.). They can put a doll or stuffed animal in it to ride around. After class, the kids will do their own verson of Baby Boot Camp - Norman. It is sooooo cute. They learn so much by watching us, why not let them show off? Older Kids (usually age 3ish...), here is the list of exercises you can teach. Moms, please work with your child and help them show the exercise to the group and then do 5 reps. Sebastian: High Knees Whitely: Burpees Lanie: squats Cooper: push ups Who else wants to teach??? Just let me know and I will add them and their exercise. Also!! There is a prize for the best decorated push toy!!

Sports Camp week 4- Soccer - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of soccer camp, children will focus on the basic skills of soccer such as dribbling, passing, shooting and goal tending , as well as agility and foot-eye coordination. Goal tending will only be taught to those children who volunteer for this position. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship. The third hour of soccer camp will be spent discussing the various rules of soccer such as hand ball, pushing and tripping, and playing modified games of soccer. As the skills of each child advance over the course of the week, the third hour will consist of more realistic game-like situations. Equipment will be provided. New T his Year! Friday Field Tri ps! The Jr. Scientist Camp covers a broad range of fun and exciting science topics such as: Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Lab Process Skills. This camp is perfect for the child who has a general interest in science and wants an exciting "sampler" camp!
